Green Card Hong Kong-style, with Sammo's stomach as imposing as Gérard Depardieu's nose, and an obscenely young-looking Maggie Cheung taking the role of the irritatingly-voiced Andy McDowell. Many will be drawn to this production because of the extremely un-erotic sequence of Maggie Cheung mud-wrestling (you freaks!), but others should check it out for the disjointed, but undeniably entertaining plot, and the superbly executed final fight sequence involving Dick Wei, Billy Chong and Sammo in a shopping mall.
Adequate, but far from excellent picture (minor trails, and an old-looking print), sound and sub quality make this worth picking up due to Universe's unbelievably cheap pricing.
A light, frothy Sammo offering, greatly enhanced by the the ample charms of its leads, and featuring enough of a pay-off at the film's conclusion to make it worth owning,
